Bruce Springsteen was born in the USA and was also born to run. Where were you born and what were you born to do?

I reckon I was born under a wandering star, and the older I get I realise more that I was born to rock.

I was born to be alive, if it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have no luck at all.

If you really want to hear about it, the first thing you'll probably want to know is where I was born and what my lousy childhood was like, and how my parents were occupied and all before they had me, and all that David Copperfield kind of crap.

It's a bugger when son no2 comes home and you sit in front of the computer at 3.00am after several whiksies (well you know) and he says 'This'll get 'em going' and does it it my name.

I would've been born with a plastic spoon in my mouth but plastic wasn't invented at the time. Unfortunately that was the fate of my generation. However shortly after that times were a-changing

p.s I ddn't let people put me down even though they tried.
