Its now been 2 months since i dislocated my ankle and tonight im attempting to play on it again, i know its not 100% but its worth testing the waters isnt it? No physio as of yet just a lot of walking and doing my own 'physio' on it (doing circle shapes with my ankle) Is it too early after ligament damage?

I was on crutches for 3 weeks like, not in plaster, the Dr said i must walk on it as soon as it was bareable to like and after 3 weeks i was walking (with a limp) and in pain but the pain killers worked. maybe i shouldnt play!!!

Plus you'll do yourself no favours. I played cricket earlier in the season with a dodgy ankle just because I didn't want to miss games. I played like shite and made the injury worse.

You'll be better in the long run if you wait until you are 100% fit. What's a couple of games of footy?
