Well done to the bright spark Pools fans (I'm led to believe that they
were from the Corner Flag coach contingent) who thought it was a good
idea to throw opened sachets of tomato sauce into the crowd during
yesterday's match! You must have taken great satisfaction at seeing
fellow Pools fans infront of you having their new white centenary Pools shirts
splattered in red sauce?

Agreed, they should have been wearing the red shirt !! Hopefully next time the 'fans' decide to do this they will deposit a white liquid over you so it wont matter too much anyway!

Put half a capful of bleach into a basin of cool water, then steep the shirt in that for a bit. That should do it.

Was it the Butler or the Maid that give you that advice Lord Smythe. As I'm sure you or Lady Smythe have not had to use the washing machine or hand wash clothes for many a year.

A soaking in a vinegar solution followed by a normal wash should take it out

It was a very impressive purple helmet, and prompted quite a discussion among the stewards.

Yeah, it was very big and hard and I didn't know what to to do with it when he asked me to look after it for him at half time!!
