I don't normally get the programme but with going into the Centenary Suite we got one given and I have it say I really enjoyed reading it clappp clappp

I enjoyed all three contributions, when I eventually got to read it yesterday.

Especially your piece on John Rowlands, who I unfortunately never got to see play, or at least I don't think I did. I'm sure, from your description, I would have remembered. I was, like Spender is now exiled abroad, in my case in Oman, for most of the time he played for us. But I was back from April 76, stationed in Leeming, just down the road outside of Northallerton. So I must have came back up to see some of the home matches he played in before he left in November that year. sctatchinghead

I always buy a programme. Last seasons was a big improvement on the few seasons before and this seasons looks better still. Well done to all concerned.

That idea for the front covers is a cracker, tonights is great clappp

Which year is that MadJohn? I'd guess late seventies, I think I have some of that style in my collection anyway.

I'd guess early 80s as I remember those ones and I'm not that old!
