If they can't afford to keep last year's budget, do they still intend to go up or are they saying Penney should be able to get them promoted on half of what they thought it would take last season?
If they had been promoted, , the budget would have had to be increased. Is George beginning to realise he is making a mistake?

A long way back we supported SAHB - it was usual to borrow equipment from the main band - they borrowed ours! It was during the Vambo Rules tour. They put on a great live show.
