James Brown Top Goalscorer Odds

I've noticed that a lot of odds for James Brown to finish League 1 top scorer keep being slashed (e.g. Blue Sq had him as 100 to 1 and now he's 66/1)

A couple of days ago at least half the betting sites have him as 100/1, very few are still offering these odds.

I've put a £5 on him to finish top scorer at 100/1 and a £5 to finish within the top 4 scorers at 25/1 with Boyle Sports.

Are they starting to realise something?

As you can see 7 are 66 to 1, 1 is 50 to 1 and the other is 24 to 1.

There were at least 4 100s to one a couple of days ago and it appears his odds have been slashed.

Finally, this also gives you the best odds they can find.

As you can see there is still Boyle Spors that are offering 100 to 1.

Yes that people are putting money on him. They shorten as money gets placed, very simple really.

The year we got to cardiff we had boyd and porter up front and defences hated playing against two quick, mobile and in my opinion intelligent footballers who liked the ball at their feet.

This year we have the chance to use porter and brown in a similar way, brown in my opinion has matured as a footballer in the last two seasons and will get better, but i already think he is better than boyd was and so i think we'll be looking at him getting 20+ this season.

So i think it's got to be Brown and Porter up top.

I think he will play Brown and Barker, the man will never learn!

Brown is a better player than Boydy already, no disrespect to Adam, he was quality for us, but Brown just has that little bit extra, bit more work rate, but more hunger.

It would be Brown and Porter for me all season unless injured, Barker would be a good option off the bench, big guy to unsettle defenders for the last 20.

I prefer a Brown/Porter partnership but I wouldn't be surprised to see Barker in with Brown. Danny's reasoning will be that Barker can occupy the big hard thugs while Browny causes havoc.

Was on a betting forum last night and JB name was getting bantered around as top goalscorer for our division.
But alot of people were lumping on Colchester at 7-4 got to admit thats a big price.
