I'd give them the full 7000, sell out and £70k+ in the bank. It could buy us a new player :coool:

I'm personally over the moon. we as fans are always complaining about our so called bigger local clubs never wanting anything to do with us, yet they go to Darlo.

Sunderland send a select 11 (Youth and ressies)
Boro tell us to fcuk off
Newcastle send a full strength squad. clappp clappp clappp

that tells me they show us some respect, so i say dont knock it.

I can understand your dislike of Hartlepool barskunks, but why extend that to hating the only club that sends us decent, sometimes outstanding quality opposition nearly every single pre-season?

I've got two jobs Loyal. I work as an in house accountant for a transport company during the day Mon-Fri and I work evenings and weekends as a support worker. I look after people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems.

I also occasionally work behind a bar. I'm greedy me!! No, am saving up for a house. Prices are ridiculous for first time buyers. sadx

The cost of the tickets is geared by how much Newcastle charge Pools for a friendly.

Hypothetically I could see them charing in excess of £20,000 for this game.

I'm gannin like - i was coming back home anyway this weekend for a couple of nights out so might as well squeeze in a pools match...

i'll probably not be the only geordie in the town end - but possibly the only one in a pools shirt

i always like us playing against newcastle simply cos it's my home town and i'd love pools to beat them one time, even if it was only a friendly. i think a perfect day for me would be include a 3rd round FA cup game at st james with pools beating them.

i'm suprised keegan has brought one of his teams back to the vic tho after last time when gucky broke that lad's leg, sure he had plenty of shoite to say after that game, none of which was flattering!

I was in the ticket office this morning, getting our bargain season tickets. Ms Precious was having to fend off panicking (presumably 'geordie') supporters worrying about tickets for Saturday. She was reassuring them that they could buy tickets on the gate.

Will TTTV be using footage from the match all season again whenever they do their reports on the Mags?
