i prefer the layouts of myspace, but more mates and birds use facebook, so its better in that sense

It's a pretext for reaping personal information from you which Facebook then sells. But they do not keep this information secure. Every time you install one of the mini-applications you are leaving yourself open to abuse. All of these mini-apps are written by third parties over whom Facebook have no control, and you certainly don't know what's really in them.
Apart from that it abounds with spam or chain-letter type, boring practical jokes which you can do nothing to prevent apart from not having any applications at all, in which case you might just as well use the bunker for PM-ing people.

People say it helps you find friends but it only does that the same way you would do so without a computer (friend of a friend of a friend, etc.).

You have no friends because you are fat and subnormal.

but I think it is quite good.......

I also don't care if any advertisers, government, mi5, cia, mfi, ici, tfm or uci want to monotor my behaviour or who I associate with.....

I dont get either, social networking? go down the pub!!

but for bands etc myspace is brilliant!
