When driving round town over tha past few weeks, I'm surprised at the number with out of town plates, do you need to have Hartlepool plated to operate in town still or doesn't it matter aymore?

As far as i can recall they have to be 'plated up' to operate in the town, unless pre-booked - i.e. your'e in manchester and you phone a hartlepool taxi to pick you up.
