They kept me awake for most of the night. Thousands of them booling round Lyon blasting their car horns and setting off fireworks. I never realised there were so many in the city, it must have been invaded by the Ottoman Empire when I wasn't looking.

Lyon ain't what it used to be, its more like Istanbul now.

That'll be a hell of a game in Germany - the Gastarbeiter Derby.

All the Turkish'll be giving the Germans stick if they beat them and vice versa.

I can't see past the Germans to be honest. Whoever plays them now will have to play out of their skins to beat them

You should get lost in the old city of Jerusalem after dark then.
That would do it

I can't imagine them getting much support in Leeds. I think a performance like they gave in Lyon the other night would be met with some disapproval if they tried it in Leeds.

Changed it's name back, the Worlds End became the Ninepins, and sounds like the Paddy Mafia have repossessed it in turn. Canny pub like. When we did the gigs in Finsbury Park we always went in there on Friday night and then down to some hole in the wall club towards the Roundhouse. Well we didn't start until 1pm the next day....
