help i have a pic of arthur's return home with his mates i want to use but its too big how can i get down to size

If it's on your computer you can do it in windows.
You should be able to click right on the file then choose "edit". This opens the picture in Windows paint.

In Paint you choose "image" from the menu bar and "stretch/skew".

Stick some percentages in the "stretch" boxes to get it to the size you want. When it's within avatar-sized limits save it.

Best make a copy of the pic before starting tho'!!
