Another circus is here, it only seems a couple of weeks since the last one left.

This must be the 3rd or 4th in the last year.

I'm guessing they're subsidided by the council, they must be, does anyone actually go sctatchinghead

In the 60s (!!) I can remember the fair coming into the fields by the Travs (what is now Wyverne Court and Regency Drive.
Can anyone remind me where the circus used to go?

Going back a few years reading through council expenditure for that particular year, I'm sure I picked up on a particular circus being subsidided in order to sell reduced priced tickets, may have been wrong though confised
