Mr and Mrs Parmo will exit stage left from the No Rarfs Arms this Thursday morning, pending the signing of all relevant contracts with the new tenants.

not a problem mate. The beer and spirits will be going very cheap that night to get rid of most of it!! Plus the footy is on so that might drag a few people in with the bonus of a cheap drink!!!

they are very experienced at the business, and they are getting a far better deal than we did - which is very annoying from our perspective, but for the sake of the family and myu health we need to get out now. Combining this place with a full time job, and also looking after two other properties is getting too much to be honest.

thanks to everyone who's wished us well!!!! We're back home now, luckily the place has nothing really to be done to it internally, it's our old home and we kept it on as insurance!!!! We need to clear up a bit of debt in the next few months, it's work as usual for me and hopefully Mrs Parmo will get a decent job and bring some much-needed lolly into the household!!!
PS Mr and Mrs Mutley are coming round tonight for a few drinks, the very antithesis of what me and the wife have been doing for the past (almost) three years!!!
