I resigned March 16th and left April 16th. It was a great feeling and definitely the right thing to do.
I'm skint as fuck and the kids have three slices of bread to last the week but I seriously fucked off a hopeless management team, made a point that needed to be made and got a life in the process.
I'm doing agency work whilst spending much more time with the kids and doing my writing. Only worked two days this week so doing five next week to make more money.
Life's much better for me since resigning
