Kids caught using BB guns, are being taught how to use real weapons.

Is it to make sure they hit their real targets, and don't hurt any innocent bystanders?

Where does it say they are being taught to use real guns?

They are mainly being switched to airsofts which are much less dangerous than BB pellets.
