Today some chanted the " You dont know what your doing" at Wilson when Humphries was substituted, a substitution that was NECESSARY, I repeat a substitution that was NECESSARY, due to Humphries carrying a knock he had sustained in the first half.

Now regardless of who the manager was , that substitution would have been MADE.

Yet a number decided instead of supporting the team they would vent thier anger towards Wilson, Now I am no lover of Robson but a fully fit Robson, was going to give us more options than a half (at best) fit Humphries. And Wilson did actually know what he was doing at that particular time.

Please note I said at that particular time.

So it was in fact the fans chanting that who didnt know what they were doing.

Now I'm not saying fans' are not allowed to have their say during a game I have mine more than most and have doubted some of Wilson's decision during the season, more times than I can remember but in this case it was the only decision available to him.

We all have opinions during a game , and many of us will disagree over a certain aspect of the game a substitution a referee's decision, but we should always remember that the 11 player's on the pitch are the ones who we should be backing until that final whistle goes.

So today at least ONE decision made by Wilson was correct, yet a few hundred decided to chant that he didnt know what he was doing.

Wilson picking foley at any point this season has rendered any argument for him worthless
