A pity it couldn't have been sorted a lot quicker, it must have caused a hell of a lot of problems for the clubs and fans at the top what with all the arrangements to be put on hold while it was sorted out.

that is a disgrace.

fully agree that the deductions still stands. But if the "PANEL" knew they were going to stand by the initial decision, that "PANEL" and teh FA have again not taken fans into consideration. Look at Swansea. they have won the league two weeks ago and yet they were unable to celebrate in front of their Home fans all becaus eof this decision / appeal.

FCUKING SHOCKING. the FA need to take a good long hard look at themselves over the summer!

But surely the FA made their decision months ago and it was already in the hands of the the country's legal system. sctatchinghead
The only way the FA could have sped things up would have been by capitulating.
The decision not to present Swansea with the trophy yet was taken after some serious legal advice and was a bit like waiting until the murderer has his appeal rejected before erecting the gibbet, wannit?

Does a trophy really make that much difference when you've won a championship, personally I can't imagine I'd have been that bothered if the trophy wasn't presented.

Just winning a bastard championship would make me happy!

I presented my trophy at the last game of the season and I didn't get out until Monday afternoon.   And then only after photographic evidence ((C)Frank Reid) and reports from the meteorological office stating it was very cold that day. :uhoh: :uhoh:
