are so hard to get right!

not good if they're too runny and the white bit is runny an all
not good if they're too hard and the yolk doesn't go all over the toast
not good if you accidentally stick yer finger in the boiling water whilst cracking yon egg
not good if the yolk explodes in the pan, horrible boiled yolk everywhere!

but delicious when done spot on!

mmmm

Ey I'd be careful there y'know. I once got a couple of duck eggs had them fried sunnyside up with a runny yolk. They looked magnificent but the result would've got an Appollo mission into space.

Seem duck eggs are prone to being infected with salmonella and other gastric bugs and you should only have them hard boiled, hard fried or scrambled beyond creamy cos that way you sterilise them.

Sorry to be sensible like.

it is a good point - i do however endorse the use of vinegar but for me i struggle with them however the missus is great with 'em and i leave them to her to do
