He's approaching 15 years old so needs to stop and knock one out every eighteen minutes or less if anything female walks past.

They take great exception to that sort of thing on trains. 'OK SIR, I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU SAY BUT THE REGULATIONS ARE THAT YOU MUST NOT MANIPULATE YOUR PRIVATE PARTS IN THE BUFFET CAR ACCORDING TO THE TRANSPORT ACT 2007, PARA 15, SUBSECTION 4. THAT WILL BE 95 PENCE PLEASE.'

They teach 'em to shout if they meet resistance, it's supposed to shame the 'victim' into silence and acquiescence. :roll:
