Pop Up Help

I'm running Windows Vista with mcafee antivirus/internet security on.
I have the pop up blocker urned on and blocks most pop ups.
But i keep getting CiD: ******* this comes up with loads of different sites (like party poker) banghead

Does anyone know how to stop this happening? It is really winding me up

Firefox with Ad-Block pro

Bulletproof mate, you see an ad you don't like you get it's URL and add it to the list, you'll never see it again

You also might want to run a spyware scan.
