It's back....bigger and bushier than last year... your's truly's 118-118 moustache!

Lord Smythe once again will be in 118 run action tomorrow morning for a 10:30am
start in The Hartlepool Marina 5 Mile run to Seaton Carew and back!

Not only is the tache in great shape, but I do also, feeling really good and hoping to improve
on last years time of 36:53, infact I'm hoping to break under 35 minutes!

Hopefully 10:30am is not too early for you Poolies and if you fancy blowing away those boozy cobwebs
having celebrated hopefully a Pools win at Bristol, get yourselves down to The Historic Quay and give me
and the rest of the runners a cheer, it will be greatly appreciated!

Lord 118-118 Smythe completed the Hartlepool Marina 5 mile course in 34:14
in icy/windy/snowy conditions, there were icicles on my raggy 118 tache, (I bet David Bedford
never had that problem) Difficult running into the wind heading back from Seaton Carew, but must say,
didn't seem to affect the leading pack they were bombing along!

Pleased with my run, got under 35 minutes which was my aim and ran 2:39 faster than last year,
ain't seen the official results, but according to Archie The Greyhound, I was 58th.
