After watching the Championship are saying that it is a penalty.

To be fair, it wasn't the best camera angle. I would have preferred it straight on. I've replayed it in zoom and slow motion, Ben Clark clearly gets the ball. You can see his foot on the ball and the player falls over as a result.

Definite Pen as far as I'm concerned. The guy dived in 2 footed in the box and took Scotland out. I'm not convinced he took the ball (other than to stop it whilst poleaxing JS) either.
