anybody going on holiday....................don't worry, it only happens to other people..................

In my 15 years of fixing choppers I have seen the same thing happen 3 times (bottom video) and on the last time the pilot even managed to take off again out of the sea and land back on the ship.

'FLYING'......? ... remember, there's no hard shoulder at 40,000 ft.

The captain of a jumbo jet flying over the sea informs the passengers that 2 of the engines have cut out. Five minutes later the captain says a third engine has cut out.A bloke from Darlo sitting on the plane looks worried, and passes comment to the passenger next to him, "Bloody hell, I hope the last one doesn't cut out or else we'll be stuck up here all bloody day"!

I think that my dads uncle broke his back trying to land a helicoptor onto an aircraft carrier, but he ended up in the sea
