in the last 15 years only once has a team gone down with 52 points.

Twice teams have gone with 51, and 4 times with 50.

So lets set our target at 53.

Meaning we need 14 points from 15 games. 0.93 points per game.

We have 7 homes and 8 away. the last ten league games have brought us 1 point out of 30. If that tally is projected over the 8 away games we will not get another point away.

Meaning we need 14 points from 7 home games. Thats 2 points per game.

That will take some doing.

On the basis of the above. If we fail to get any points away from home we will probably go down.

If we can get 6 points away from home, we will almost be home and dry.
