Can anyone tell my when the last time Pools where as poorly off for goalkeepers?

I reckon that season when we brought in about 3 on loan in 4 weeks and ended up with Lance Key. Budtz is horrific Lee-Barrett is worse and Allison plays for Gateshead. If George Wood suggested we sign any of these three he deserves the tin tac.

I doubt Turner is impressed by our goalkeepers or had fook all to do with signing the three he just sorts out the formalities. Player recruitment is surely the manager and coaching staffs call?

That's what we pay George Wood for, and remember Turner he did sign Taffy Williams and Andy Dibble :shock:
