Darlo In The Masters
By Scott Thornberry - 05/02/2008 00:03
Quakers fans are being asked to nominate former players to represent Darlington Football Club in the Northern Masters football tournament.

Shown live on Sky Sports, the event takes place on Sunday June 15th at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle and will feature Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Carlisle, and for the first time, Darlington.

Theres a surprise Darlow getting a call up.

It's also a big U turn by the organisers, I posted ages ago that we'd been dropped with Motherwell (I think it was them) coming in in our place

I think it might be a good idea as quoted in a previous post, that we take a decent team and try and win a game this year

I think it is a good move adding the two former non-league clubs alongside the North East big 4

The Bunker 5-a-side squad is fit and ready to go.
