an easy solution to this is..............the driver/assistant should kick all the bags as they are placed in the luggage compartment, and he should be wearing steel toe capped boots. The method of kicking should be a toe-ender full-on kick.
If there's a noise, there should be a second kick, by means of running up to the bag at full pelt and launching it. Then the driver/assistant should ask whether or not the person inside would like to come out, or else he might have to "check" the bag again using the second kicking method.
I'll write the instructions up, no problem.
