...let's wonder what's going on. Whilst the result is right, it highlights the inconsistency that has blighted this season and makes me wonder how we can get such polarised performances from one match to the next from individual players.
There's a long way to go yet this season and I'll be witholding any hope till I see just where we are a month down the line. They get a 'that's better' off me, but get that defence sorted.
p.s ...and before the 'band of hope' slag me off...one swallow does not make a spring, this type of performance needs to be consistent, they are obviously capable of it so there'as no real excuse, just there own determination to succeed, it's up to them.
