Yours truly ran the 1st leg of a 3 man Crook AC team in this morning's Cathedral Relays.

Two laps of the race course by the river banks against the magnificent backdrop of
Durham Cathedral & Castle.

Course was about 3,000 metres completed in a time of 11:52

Most enjoyable and must admit did take my mind off Pools predicament!

When I run these races I always wonder how well Pools players would do, if they were to
take part?
