I read somewhere you're only supposed to have one kiwi fruit a day. They are nice like, I used to buy a bag of them and eat them all one after another.

Aye, and any more than one banana a day isn't meant to be good for you as there's loads of potassium in it. I'm not one for believing everything I read, but it made a lot of sense. Some fruits don't have a high concentration of vitamins and minerals but tropical fruits tend to.

The theory goes that if you get too much vitamins and minerals over a sustained period of time it causes an imbalance. A bit like eating too much stuff with salt in. I don't think eating a load of kiwis in one go now and then will do any harm like.
