Applications from women, minority ethnic groups and the lesbian and gay community are particularly welcomed.

How can they tell if you are GAYor not.

Several jobs I've applied for have this at the bottom of applications, particularly public sector jobs.

the blokes who want the job just need to go to the interview in their best stockings and suspenders, high heels and mini skirt and bingo - the job's theirs. :laugh:

They could just pretend and mince about at the interview, and once they got the job, could "renege" on their assumed sexuality. How could they be sacked afterwards?
