This is a tough one.
Turner. as i feel he turned the club around.
Cooper. as a great manager and a great person.

Neale Cooper is my final opinion.

I'd give it to Cooper on Personality....they are neck and neck on everything else!!!! confised

Cyril, was there anything better than going in to half-time 1-0 down and knowing what a 2nd half you were in for and the stunned look on the players faces when they came out of the dressing room

Aye, Murray did an excellent job but was totally foooked over by gibson after having to sell all the best players.

Cyril for me by a long chalk, purely because of the lack of resources.

Turner had several seasons to get us up with a lot of backing from IOR.

Cooper inherited most of that squad, and also got plenty of backing from IOR. Plus the amount of good young lads coming through into the first team was a big factor.

Cyril took us from Conference certainties to the team that ultimately went up, mainly with free transfers, loan players and cheap signings. Plus he transformed players who were playing like fannies into winners. It's a crying shame he didn't finish the job. sadx
