In Blackhall high street on Friday afternoon coz there was rain on his glasses & he didnt see the car coming

The guy in the photo is called Knickers Knackers Knockers & on friday afternoon he got knocked over In Blackhall high street coz there was rain on his glasses & he didnt see the car coming.
Mutley & myself know him well & he was mentioned in a thread a week or two ago

To be honest, he looks like he's just been knocked down in that picture so he must do it often.
