Lee-B - Looked glad to be given a chance. Bawled at Barker for a poor back-pass first half and made a couple of outstanding saves in the second. Should keep his place
Nolan - Steady away. Better understanding with Brown than Foley err, understandably
Nelson - Solid. He and Clark partner each other well
Clark - Great to be back. Occasionally will be caught out by those Stepho turns, but is a class act
Elliot - Poor decisions and slow against a speedy young 'un.
Foley - Good going forward, but today showed how much Brown has got ahead of him.
Liddle - Covered acres of ground, good performance
Boland - Unsure about his performance. We're better when he takes control and no-one else does it like him, but some of his hospital passes are going to leave us exposed
Humphs - whole hearted. great to have someone who can cover back when Elliot is up taking (poor) corners
Barker - Battering ram again, but it's not our best style.
Moore - Ran his socks off as usual. Some good flicks and so unlucky with the dink over the keeper that came back off the bar.

Brown - Made a big difference. Always an outball and loses it a lot less as he gains experience and strength. Could have had two goals in his first five minutes.
Robson - Looked sharp. His crossing was so un-Robson like - whipped some great balls in and slotted back in with Humphs no bother. I'd be happy with him and Humphs on Friday down the left channel
Porter - Last five minutes only but looks like he wants Barker's place and could have won the game for us given more time.

Overall a disappointing first half against a battling but poor Northampton. Battered them for most of the second half but couldn't get a break, again.

The goal conceded today was very sloppy but it was so good having Ben back.

KT's ratings are spot on.

I was impressed with ALB in goal, it was great to have Clarky back and Robson was excellent when he came on.

On another day we'd have got three points but we're lacking a cutting edge at the moment.
