Looking back at the results, I reckon our performance at Huddersfield is the starting point.

We were absolute rubbish that night, we looked completely disinterested and apart from a shot after 5 minutes we offered nothing. I thought it might be a blip, but that was the start of this away run (discounting Gainsborough).

I didn't make Swansea away but by all accounts we were unlucky to lose to a late winner.

You can't say that for the 'performances' at Gillingham, Hereford, Yeovil, and Swindon. We were dogshit.

I didn't go yesterday either but it sounds like more of the same.

The more away games we lose, the closer we are to winning one, but I just can't see where it will come from at the moment. Ben Clark back in the starting line up would be a move in the right direction, and hopefully the injury situation will clear up.

Although people have drawn parallels with the year of Scotty, this season is nothing like that one. We were scraping draws and winning by a single goal, playing with no flair or cutting edge, and generally looked like relegation fodder. This year we have hammered teams, but it's painfully obvious that Wilson needs to sort the defence out. Maybe then the rot will stop.

It wasn't, we were very interested, the attacking players took the game to Carlisle and we had them on the back foot.

Then the 'defence' took over, home sides always have a period of pressure and a few chances, our defence failed to deal with it. The attacking side of things took care of itself, they did their job, twice put us in front, what more can be asked of them? (cue Barker comments).

at 1-2 yesterday we should have had the foundation to go on a claim a much needed victory, but the defence have no confidence in each other or their goalkeeper.
