I can't really blame him to be honest.

If you out-peformed your rival keeper during pre-season...good enough to start the season. Yet get dropped despite doing nothing wrong because your rival keeper had a goodish game. Then your rival keeper kept making mistakes and you were still left in the cold...

Would you not be a tad pissed off?

at his age you want to be playing for the first team cos if you spend too long as a back up then thats all people will ever see you as.

i have never seen him play, but budz was very poor today.


He played the first half in pre season v Newcastle and he was brilliant. He didnt let a goal in and made some brilliant saves. Budtz let all the goals in in the second half.
