Just completed my 350 continuous running day, a gentle four miler
following yesterday's exertions!

15 days to go until I complete my target of running every day this year!!

Let's try and get the next 15 days out of the way first to get the year up, really struggling with right ankle/instep last couple of days, think it may have been on the hard icy surface at Saturday's x-country.

I am however eye-ing up 500 days next.

It's an excellent achievement, I'm just struggling to think why you'd want to do it.

I know running is satisfying, I've done three great north runs, but every day?!

Shortest is a 15 minute run couple of miles and longest a 15-16 miler!

At the end of the year I'll post my total annual mileage!

i could run 500 miles 942 is my guess
