The blonde whingy one, Fiona Philips twisted her face in her usual sanctimonious way this morning about Christmas and its commercialism
" Christmas is not just about giving presents" she whined " Its much more than that isn't it, its about...snow"

Dare I defend the woman.........................................

About 8 years ago I was in the Canary Islands and we went to a zoo with Mk1 Child. We wandered round and there was a falconry display in a amphitheatre. After a few minutes her and her husband Martin if I remember rightly (also works for GMTV) sat down next to us and we got talking; I found her to be a very personable lass, there was no pretentiousness whatsoever.

We spent about two hours together including a quick lunch amidst three screaming kids and she's not daft despite her persona but she is quite self efacing. All in all a woman who was perfectly sociable and good company.

I note that the esteemed Mr I has left out his pictures of Right Said Fred, which given the origins of the Bunker is a tad remiss!!

Now there's a mental image for Monday morning while I'm getting an extra half hour in bed watching GMTV and the wife has gone to work...
