1st thing For some reason we started to play as if we wanted to win.
2nd thing not counting a couple of good save from Budtz, Tranmere cud av scored at least another 4 in the 2nd half
3rd thing Get off Dannys back he was constantly screaming at the players to keep possesion and play football (some nugget on here even suggested he never picked the team ! sctatchinghead )
4th thing apart from us wanting it more especially in the first 20 minutes that wasn't much different to the last 6 games, apart from the fact Tranmere's forwards were rubbish.
5th thing lets hope thats the result that kick starts our season like last season
And last thing the rules state for penalties the goalkeeper must stay on his line, for corners and crosses the goalkeeper is allowed to move off his line and try to either catch or clear the ball, this lesson needs to be taught to Budtz soon because it was only luck that prevented Tranmere from equalising soon after pulling 1 back, and then this message board would have been very different !

3pts at Yeovil followed by another 3 versus Crewe and it'll be Danny for England.
Jock the monkey was right get off the backs and get behind them all clappp

Their forwards tonight, especially Zola missing twice from 3 yards, might have been 'rubbish'. But Greenacre is or was one of the best finishers in the lower leagues.

My point is their forwards weren't 'rubbish', our defence stopped them scoring, understand now!!

Think you need to reasses your 4th point Mr whoever you are, in my opinion we looked a more balanced and controlled team than we have for the last 6 games, we played a lot better wituout the one dimensional style which we seemed to have adapted recently

Laziness isn't worth a damn, until it is well carried out.
