At the minute we can hardly be bothered to get interested but we've got season tickets.
Being a football supporter must be the only 'hobby' with built-in depressive episodes. Leisure things are supposed top make you happy, aren't they? :roll:

I'm at work 'til 7.15-ish. I would normally ask the night shift to come in early, and pay the time back later on.
However I can't justify owing anything to anybody for the sake of Pools right now. Whether I attend or not depends on if I get in at a reasonable time, I'm not rushing around to get down to the Vic to watch another poor performance.

And why dont the lot of ya' get behind the lads and the management maybe that might make a change and help the team on. Instead of slagging them of, 'SUPPORT' them. Thats what we are there for ! If you dont want to support them dont go !!

There has to come a point where the realisation suddenly hits you, that if you support them till you lose your voice, till your eyes bulge.....if they aint doing the business it doesn't make a jot of difference, you're pissing in the wind!

So, I assume from the 4 cough comment that Mr Ripper won't be there SUPPORT the team!
I know its difficult after some of the recent performances but by virtue of the term SUPPORTER I would suggest that offering SUPPORT is something we should all be doing during a game.

'Support' is dependant on the the players keeping their part of the bargain...entertaining us. To blindly support without question is like being a....political activist, denying the obvious when it's staring you in the face.
