Most of mine were fuzzy - zoom and flash does not work I learned. These two are ok I suppose. although there's a right couple of dodgy gadgies in the first one.

It's going REALLY well. The birds at WeightWatchers are all lovely, in a Mumsy-sort-of-way, I get waved at whilst cycling!

Had a good ride tonight Matt, did "Our Old Houses" routine again...7 mile round trip..extremities being Kildale Grove at Seaton and me Mams at High Throston!

Where's me Sudocreme?! rolfl

That's pretty tough boss :| can't beat the old Tunstall Avenue run. Quite a basard of a hill up to High Throston though - I worked with the council up Clavering for a week, and had to walk every single time :/

I was well shocked when I saw though. I've lost about 3 1/2 stone in the past year and a half, so I'm happy in meself too

I know this might sound like a stupid question, but is that a terrace or seats in the first pic?

Look at that slim bastad! 12lbs gone now in just over a month, if I got me haircut I'd lose another 3!!!

Losing the goatee must have contributed half to that total though.

Cos I had to sit on 2 sweaty trains and walk to the ground from the railway station. To be fair I sweat pretty easily and by the looks of that pic, I could do with joining Weightwatchers n'all!
