Ladies!

YOUR LORDSHIP, LADIES & GENTLEMAN,

how humbled you all must be to be here today to see Me, mred, neigh, the great mr ed, collect his worthy prize as top tipster, and fountain of football knowledge,

I started not watchin football at a very young age and unlike many of you, i continued not watchin football right thro school. big lads with boots on kickin me was not my cup of tea. Then in my final years at school, a friend,(yes i had one), became house captain, and as a favour to him i joined the team, I remeber my first game ,bedale at home i was inside, right, and we lost 9-nowt, i always got in the squad and he picked me as a left back, (in the changing rooms), after that it wasnt till i came to hartlepool and saw that mayb there were others who had also the same knowledge of football as me, and i joined the bunker prediction league, .....
The rest as they say is history, my name etched forever as a fountain of footbal knowledge............
But my great achievment will always be that i have inspired others who have fallen at the wayside, like mr ADG, to try again and not give up, coz if i can win it, he must be thinkin well i might be able to come second !!!!!!
