they'll definitely ned to rebuild it now.
On a political note, a constantly bankrupt country like Brazil will no doubt have all of these new stadia paid by the Western European and North American countries to bail them out again..........it's a good idea Sepp Blatter doesn't have to pay any of it I suppose.......... :roll:
