9 games to find his best team in a new job and then to get it performing like it is. That is man management of the highest order.

He's also taken some tough decisions like slaughtering sacred cows. These could have blown up in his face but clearly he got it right.

It's no use Mr I. The miserable get has assumed the title of board grump from Snowy!!

You can understand why like, when he's only seen five goals for and six against so far this season but he can't seem to squeeze through the Hartlepool 'out' door......... :roll:
