Few year back County Hall provided "smoking rooms" 'orrible places they were, allowing smokers to congregate and slowly smoke each other to death. Anway with new legislation etc. the smoking rooms were done away with and converted into office accomodation (spare the poor non smoking souls that had to use them after been used at smoking rooms) So partition walls, extractors and filters were removed etc. See below the photos can you spot the location of the smoking room?
