Just want to say well done today and hope you all had a good day out. Sorry about the nobs in the corner late on. They are just idiots that every club had to deal with. I hope you feel that 6-0 was a bit flattering but you took your chances and we didn`t. Gutted to see Gainsborugh had a slight chance of going to Elland Road but it would have taken a miracle to beat a very good side like Hartlepool today. The F.A cup romance wasn`t at the Northolme but who cares. I was proud of Gainsborough Trinity performance today and I think the score flattered the game. It was obvious Hartlepool were miles the better side but I am sure you wouldn`t have minded if we had got a goal. I can`t believe the only player to get a chance 3 yards out with an open goal, was the only pub player we have, Danny Anson ! Wish it was Paul Clayton (9) or Chris Hall (11).
Anyway, all the best in league and cup and we hope you stuff the Leeds
UP THE BLUES (Famouse Trinity, Worcester on home on saturday, EASY EASY haha)

The result reflects the game.

I wasn't at the game as I have flu. Anyway, is it true that Gainsborough's manager felt you could have got a result with a bit of luck?

A bunch of 13 - 15 year olds thinking they could take the world on, chants of "back to school on Monday" from the travelling faithful was all that was needed

I thought your lads did okay Ash.
The difference in finishing was clear but, to be fair to Trinity, you kept playing a passing game. The fullback No2 (don't know the name) had a good game against James Brown. It was noticeable that he struggled against the more experienced Monkey and Brown was better on the right wing.
Only one idiot in the corner who hid under his hoody when the police camera turned up. The others were just kids.
I've seen many worse grounds and the pitch, although a little small, was in good condition.
