can you tell me what i am to do with my paper and cardboard that should be picked up on monday morning
i have not taken delivery of the white poly propalene bag that i am supposed to put the stuff in
i could always use my brown wheelie bin that at this moment is sitting empty but will also be emptied on Monday morning
or try and jamb it in to the blue plastic bag but that will be breaking the rules

No idea. Why not just put it in any bin but cover it with the correct type of refuse.

We also have no polybag - as there is a production problem - but the council have given us two clear plastic sacks to use and these were in the bottom of our new brown bin.
