In terms of natural talent Ronnie O'Sullivan.

In terms of breakbuilding probably Hendry or John Higgins.

In terms of ranking probably Hendry.

In terms of titles probably Hendry again.

Jimmy White reckoned it was an Irish guy called Patsy Hoolihan. Back in the days when it was very much a closed shop, this guy beat everyone, even Joe Davis wouldn't play him without 60 or 70 start. He had a criminal record so they wouldn't let him into the WPBPSA consequently he couldn't enter the world championship.

Head and shoulders above every other player of his or any other generation according to Mr White and I guess he should know.
