I once sat opposite Dave Stewart off of The Eurythmics, and his Mrs, Siobhan Fahey of Bananarama and Shakespears Sister fame, whilst having a meal at Lumley Castle.

There was a photographer going round taking everyones picture, and you could buy it at the end of the evening.
Anyhoo, when we seen the photo of Dave and his bird, we noticed that we (me, my mate and partners) were also in the picture, so we.....err....pinched it....as proof like! rolfl

Nice people by the way!!! (Them, not us...nice people wouldnt nick somebody elses photograph!!!)

I bet Dave's been going round ever since, boasting that he had his photo taken with Mr & Mrs Bandage.....

I saw a couple of Emmerdale actresses in a bar in Leeds a couple of weeks back and Gus Poyet in a different pub.

I forgot to mention that I was at a wedding attended by Anita McVeigh, the Northern Irish BBC newsreader who is married to a Hartlepudlian.

She is much nicer in real life than on the telly, she comes across as very serious doing the news, even during the light hearted news bits.

Nipped out of work a few years back to see Bush land at Teesside Airport, miles away of course but the two 747's were impressive, but as we drove away a strange manouvre occurred under the bridge at Middleton and we were forced to stop by four 4x4's all tinted and two motorbikes, I initially thought that it was a hit set up for Number_One by some disgruntled message board regular then Tony Blair trundled past in a 7 series and in seconds they were all gone.
