I'd get involved with the talks and try to get the best possible outcome for Ukraine. What that looks like we'll have to wait and see, there's only one outcome if the war continues without US backing and that doesn't end well does it?
Trump won't do a deal for half their minerals then hand the country over to Russia will he?
Second guessing what's going to happen in any peace talks is not knowledge.

Oh I'm a realist. I know that being behind this kind of atrocity is really much worse than the sin of formerly being a comedian. Shame that simply understood perspective is lost on some.
